Research Description

My research interest focus on the following three areas: 1) the role of caveolin-1 in the development, progress and metastasis of cancer; 2) autophagy, energy metabolism and carcinogenesis; and 3) quantum dots application in cancer imaging. The major goal of these studies is to clarify some novel mechanism on the invasion and metastasis of cancer.

We have also begun to explore the new method to detect circulating tumor cells of malignant tumors.
