8、目前主要科学研究领域和兴趣:

在病毒逃逸先天免疫方面,我们发现了艾滋病毒复制的限制性宿主因子SAMHD1调控天然免疫和炎症的分子机制,相关工作发表在PNAS上 (PNAS, 2018)。 我们对SAMHD1参与调控病毒诱导宿主免疫方面进行了总结(Trends in Microbiology, 2018)。目前正在全基因组范围内寻找调控HIV-1复制的宿主因子以研究其致病机制。其次,在艾滋病基因治疗方面,我们利用CRISPR-SpCas9技术对HIV-1的辅助受体CXCR4进行了敲除研究(Scientific Reports, 2015);我们利用CRISPR-SpCas9对HIV-1的辅助受体CXCR4和CCR5同时进行了敲除(Cell & Bioscience, 2017);此外,我们利用CRISPR-SaCas9对HIV-1的辅助受体CXCR4进行了敲除(Retrovirology, 2017);也对HIV-1潜伏库进行了清除研究(Virus Research, 2018)。我们还利用CRISPR激活系统可以提高非免疫细胞中的干扰素水平进行抗病毒研究(J.Microbiol & Biotechnol, 2017);基于前期工作的积累,我们对CRISPR技术在抗病毒感染研究领域进行了总结(Viruses, 2018)。我们这部分工作的后续研究还在进行中,期望推向临床治疗。
