目前主要科学研究领域和兴趣

胆固醇约占细胞膜脂质的20%,在维持细胞膜的完整性、流动性和功能性方面发挥着关键作用。胆固醇还是类固醇激素、胆汁酸和维生素D的合成前体,它的代谢平衡影响了细胞内众多生理和生化过程。本课题组长期从事胆固醇代谢的功能机制研究,利用结构生物学、生物化学和分子生物学等手段,深入探寻胆固醇稳态调控的分子机制和参与调控的新成员,为治疗相关疾病提供新思路和新方法。
