Research Description
1. Reproduction and Physiology of Medical Parasites. Focus on the functional role and mechanism of the key enzymes within the embryo development and egg formation of trematode parasites.
2. Screening of Small Molecular Drugs and Their Molecular Mechanism of Anti-pathogens. Focus on structure based approach to the discovery and screening of novel small molecule inhibitors of non-mevalonate isoprene biosynthesis pathway, and reveal the molecular mechanism of their anti-toxoplasmal and anti-malarial proliferation.
