Research Description
We are interested in chemokine and chemotactic cytokine receptors and the correlation of leukemia drug resistance. Our results demonstrated that the drug resistance of MOLT4 cells induced by CCL25 up-regulated the drug efflux function through affecting interactions between P-gp and ERM and F-actin, in which ERM is the key molecules of CCR9-mediated drug resistance in T-ALL cells. Our study may provide a new way to find a new resistance reversal agent for overcoming chemokine mediated MDR in chemotherapy of leukemia.
